Phil Bluck
Founder
Phil brings over a decade of expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional results to Roundtable Projects. After earning his BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying (RICS Accredited) in 2011, he built a wealth of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager and Commercial Manager on projects valued at up to £10 million.
In 2015, Phil’s dedication and skill were recognised with the NEC3 Small Project of the Year Award. Inspired to offer a more personal, client-focused approach, he founded Roundtable Projects in 2018.
Phil is committed to combining his big-project experience with a friendly, collaborative approach to ensure every project meets clients’ ambitions, is on budget and to the highest possible standard.
