We act as main contractor, construction manager, quantity surveyor or project manager, and often combine these roles. Whichever role we take, the principle stays the same. As main contractor, we take responsibility for the construction itself. We plan the works, coordinate the supply chain, manage the site and hand over a building that does what you need it to do. Construction management
More visibility. More control.
Construction management is an increasingly popular alternative to a single main contract. You contract each trade package directly, and we act as your construction manager for a fee, managing and coordinating the packages and controlling cost and programme on your behalf.
You get full transparency over trade package prices and more control over decisions. In return, you hold more of the risk, because each package contract sits with you rather than with a main contractor. It tends to suit experienced clients who want visibility over trade packages and are willing to carry package risk. We have delivered projects on this basis.
