Total redevelopment of an existing MRI suite, with complete reconfiguration to enable the installation of a 3rd MRI. The project was phased with the need to deliver and get the additional MRI installed and operational before the existing 2 could be removed. The logistics had to be carefully considered to minimise disruption to the surrounding live departments.
