The aim of this project was to provide an estimated build cost for the proposed Eco House. Thoughts considered with the client included type of construction, air tightness and thermal performance to generate a cost estimate at the early stage of design.
This allowed the client to make necessary amendments to the design prior to construction to mitigate against potential costly design changes later on.
